Each of our inspectors are trained to divide their reccomedations into two parts; immediate needs and reccomended services. This allows you to make an informed decission of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new potential customer will be offered straight forward pricing without high pressure tactics. This will be immediatly noticed upon our inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each department at Universal Pest & Termite has a dedicated training day. This allows all of our employees to offer the latest information to our customers about products and services.
