Great experience with Justin from Bay Tile and Stone! I needed both our bathroom floors redone and I’m very, very happy with the results.
From the onset, Justin had excellent communication and was very professional. I described to him what the project would entail, and he very quickly made all the recommended suggestions. Justin and his partner went in, covered the floor in the house and used caution when removing the toilets and vanities, that would also be reinstalled. He tore out the old floor, laid out the new floor and quickly got to work on the next bathroom. Including the needed time for drying, grouting and caulking, they were done in seven days. He even came back after the job was done to help us change out the toilet pump. I would definitely rehire Justin when we’re ready to do our kitchen floors.😃

We are very pleased with Bay Tile & Stone's renovation to our 55+ yr old bathroom. Justin and Matt are skilled professionals who take pride in their work. They joined us in shopping for tile, offered expert advice on modernization and up to date materials, and met the challenge of updating an old obsolete bathroom to today's standards. Their work ethic and meticulous attention to details has given us a beautiful bath that we are extremely proud of.
