For more complex projects like fireplace mounting, wire concealment, or commercial installations, pricing may vary depending on the setup and requirements. We also provide on-site consultations when needed, which are applied toward the total if you move forward with the project. Our goal is to provide clean, reliable work that’s done right the first time — not the cheapest option, but the best value for long-term performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on making things easy for the customer. 1. We start by understanding your project and asking a few key questions to determine the best solution. 2. We provide a clear estimate or range based on your setup. 3. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit to finalize details. 4. On installation day, we complete the job cleanly, securely, and efficiently. 5. Before leaving, we make sure everything is fully set up and working properly. We focus on clean installs, proper alignment, and making sure you’re comfortable using your setup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University (LSU) and over 19 years of professional experience in the technology field. My background includes working in the casino industry where I worked my way up to leading the IT department, managing systems, networks, and large-scale technology operations. This experience gives me a strong foundation in problem-solving, system design, and delivering reliable, high-quality installations.
