I offer discounts for those looking to work in group sessions, as well as those looking to sign on with me month-to-month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with my clients to evaluate long-term goals and strengths. I also am open to helping clients increase physical well being through nutrition and lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 200-Hour Yoga Certified. I also have training in Yoga Sculpting sessions, involving a combination of weights and flexibility.
