Introduction: Hi, I’m Satita, a Certified & Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and a Certified Stretch/Flexibility Coach. My clients are always my focus. I love helping people feel at ease when it comes to fitness, get stronger, gain flexibility and better range of motion through Yoga and stretching program. I love to send out good vibes and share good energy with all who comes to my practice. My class are always Client/Student Focused. My priority is your experience and results. Satita is the absolute BEST yoga instructor!!! You feel an immediate sense of calm and tranquility upon entering her class and throughout the entire flow. Her space is beautiful, bright, and open and virtual classes are just as AMAZING as her in-person practices! Her attention to movement, body, and spirit is impeccable. She makes you feel SO comfortable even if you’re just starting out and truly wants you to be an active part of your own practice! She really listens to you and has so many tips and techniques to help improve stability, flexibility, deep relaxation, and peace. Satita has such a sweet spirit and a gentle soul, she is very kind and patient. I 100% absolutely encourage you to book a class with her today!! SHE IS AMAZING!!! 🤩

Such an amazing experience! The sessions are customized to meet your needs and current level. Everything is explained and demonstrated clearly to make the session easy to follow. Satita Yoga has been the best yoga experience I have had. Highly recommend to all levels!

My first experience with Yoga was with Satita Yoga. She was so sweet, friendly and compassionate. She took her time to help me with my poses and showed the class alternates ways if our bodies were struggling. Her voice was so soothing it relaxed me and allowed me to focus. At the end of the class we sat and talked and I started to cry. Crying was a good thing with my current work in the hospital and all we are dealing with in the world this 1 hr was truly amazing and I was able to let go of all my stress and worries and really be in the moment. The tears were good tears and i so appreciate this gift Satita was able to give me. She is awesome.

Our company retreat kicked off every morning with a bright and tranquil yoga session led by Satita. Her calming words, energy, techniques and affirmations shared through out each session created a relaxing start to each of our days. Thank you for making our time here so enjoyable! Satita lead a private class for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Not only was the yoga amazing and relaxing, Satita incorporates so much positivity and confidence into her practice, that we all left floating on air. The whole bridal party kept taking about how much they loved our morning beach yoga! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price are fair and reasonable. I believe in taking in and giving out fairly. Longer session means longer commitment and expected result. Plus you get a discount for staying motivated :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My focus is clients. So the first process is to identify what my clients need and understand their goal. Understand the background including but not limit to clients injuries, health condition and make recommendations. Set the agreement/date/time/how long the session and how often/payment method. Lastly, sign online waiver and release liability form (electronically) before the course/class.
