- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do free estimates. 99 times out of 100, when I quote a project, the number I present to you at the start of the project is the number you pay at the end. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer first without any pressure or sales pitch to look at the scope of the project and provide a free estimate. When we decide to start a relationship, I start working with you on design to make sure that you know what the end result will be and what to expect along the way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with any and all customers who have a need. This could be your starter home, an established family home, or your retirement home. I work with realtors to get those inspection items done in a timely manner before closing and new homeowners who want additional work done above and beyond the inspection checklist. Airbnb, VRBO, or short term rental owners trust me to complete work efficiently to make sure I am keeping the home clean and ready to open back up to guests in a timely manner.
