Evan was absolutely amazing to work with. I was worried going into my bathroom and bedroom remodel that there were some limitations from previous modifications but Evan wiped those doubts away. The bathroom and bedroom came out even better than I could have hoped for and I am so pleased with it. Evan was punctual, detail oriented, fair and the kind of man as a woman living along I wasn’t worried about him being in my space. I would absolutely recommend O’Neil construction and I’m already planning on working with him again!

I hired Evan to quote a complex home renovation project. had several other local contractors lined up to quote and most didn’t bother to show.

O’Neill’s Complete Contacting took our windowless, second floor cape code bathroom and made it feel spacious, modern and bright. Previously, the bathroom mirror was unusable for anyone taller than 4’ 6”. Now, it easily accommodates 6’5” with plenty of room to move around.
From start to finish, Evan was professional, knowledgeable, easy-to-work-with and efficient. He took all of our ideas for the space into account and was willing to also make suggestions based on his experience and expertise. His budget estimate
and timeline were accurate from the beginning. He completed the whole project (once parts received) in 7 days.
We were extremely pleased with the custom carpentry that Evan did. He was able to reuse the old sink vanity, add a new drawer, and build custom shelves up to the eaves. When we started this project, we did not have any good ideas for how to use the space under the “short wall”. We love all the extra storage and counter space - it both looks amazing and is super useful for our growing family.
We would absolutely recommend Evan to friends and family without hesitation, and we are already considering future projects that we would like to hire him for!

I do free estimates. 99 times out of 100, when I quote a project, the number I present to you at the start of the project is the number you pay at the end. No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer first without any pressure or sales pitch to look at the scope of the project and provide a free estimate.
When we decide to start a relationship, I start working with you on design to make sure that you know what the end result will be and what to expect along the way.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with any and all customers who have a need. This could be your starter home, an established family home, or your retirement home.
I work with realtors to get those inspection items done in a timely manner before closing and new homeowners who want additional work done above and beyond the inspection checklist.
Airbnb, VRBO, or short term rental owners trust me to complete work efficiently to make sure I am keeping the home clean and ready to open back up to guests in a timely manner.
