- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them. I want all customers to feel comfortable working with me. I let my personality do the talking and let them know they are in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No major education. I have an associates degree in hospitality and it has taught me how to handle clients and ensure how work is performed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a self starter. I read a lot and watch hgtv a ton.
