They made moving simple, which, as someone who has moved on average once a year their entire life and hates it, it was simple. I had decided to hire movers to make it a very simple process and it was.

WB Movers showed up on time on a Sunday to disassemble, move, and reassemble it on same day. They were quick, accurate, explained clearly throughout the process. They were professional, witty, and a pair of excellent movers. I will be hiring them again when I need a Grand Piano moved and even when we move into our next house. Highly recommended for all your moving needs - larger or small.

Carlton and his team (both in the office and during the move) were phenomenal. Everybody we worked with was kind, professional, and responsive. Most importantly, they were very, very good at moving huge furniture!
We had to move a large dresser and table through narrow halls and up and down stairs, and it was as though the furniture floated from one house to the other, without every touching a wall, a stair, or the ground.
Just awesome. Thanks, WB!

WB Moversmoved our son from his current apartment and they were awesome to work with! All his furniture was padded and packed up and treated gently. Where he is living now has some tight corners and narrow stairs but they were able to move everything in with ease. Highly recommend :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We display our hourly rates on this platform. There are service fees that are added based on any service.
Our quotes for piano, safe, and pool table moving are based on each unique situation. Regarding pianos and safes - if there are stairs involved or if the weight of the items is on the heavier side - the cost will increase. Distance plays a factor in all pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get information to provide the requested services. We ensure that we can accommodate the customer's schedule and ours. We place a two hour window between jobs to ensure that we can arrive on time every time. We send out an invoice detailing the information discussed during our preliminary conversation. The service fee is collected as the deposit. Once the deposit is satisfied, the customer is placed on our calendar. We follow up periodically to ensure that our booked time and date is still appropriate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing pool table, piano, and safe moving services since 2015. Through this period of time, we have become more effective and efficient. We strive to provide the best result possible for our customers.
