F/S Service was great and very friendly. F&S installed my curtain rods perfectly. My hubby was afraid that the curtains would block our water view, and I was a little nervous about putting curtains up. They installed them perfectly and I can still have that water view. I will have them as my go-2-guys on speed dial! Thanks Frank/S, you guys are a gem!

I requested a quote to measure for, pickup and install a set of attic stairs. Frank responded right away and was able to come by that same day to take a look at the job. He even made a temporary fix to get the broken steps out of the way until the replacement could be made. He promptly sent suggestions on the type of stairs that would work for the job and followed that with a very reasonable quote. We scheduled the work, they arrived on time, completed the job as promised and cleaned up! FS Maintenance will certainly be my go to for any future work I need completed.
