- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent. Most in-home organizing sessions are $300 for 3 hours and include a free consultation and a customized follow-up plan. Larger projects or ongoing support are quoted based on scope. I occasionally offer seasonal discounts or bundle rates if you’re booking multiple sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation to talk about what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re envisioning. Then I come to your space for a focused, hands-on session. We sort, simplify, and organize — all while creating a system that’s functional for your real life. After our session, I send a follow-up plan and check in to make sure everything still feels good.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond years of hands-on organizing in family homes, I’ve studied systems design, family energy dynamics, and emotional attachment to clutter. As a mother of seven, I’ve had real-life training in how to make a space work through every season of life — and I bring all of that with me into my client work.
