Our fee structure is customized based on the properties and type of service we provide each client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to sit down and talk about your goals and needs. We work with you to develop a customized management plan or find the perfect property for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of real estate professionals licensed in 4 states. Additionally, our team members are active in State and Local real estate associations, serving as a Director for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, as a member of the VA Association of Realtors property management counsel and participating in the steering committee for the Housing Coalition of the Shenandoah Valley . Through education / certifications such a the VA Property Management Certification and the National C2X certification we make sure we stay on top of all the changes in the real estate market.
