Cancellation Policy
We confirm the appointment 30 minutes before arriving . If the customer does not confirm with us, we will consider that a cancellation without a notice since the techs come from far away. In case you need to cancel your appointment with us, please do it at least 3 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment the same day, please cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please be considered of our technicians' time and effort to arrive at your appointment on time. In case you fail to cancel on time (as stated above), we will need to charge the cost of the service call in order to compensate our technicians.
