Respectfully, you did not allow much time for me to express my interest or not. You were sending a lot of messages with attachments and assigning your own rate for each. I have my own rate set and you were only willing to pay $47 to handle very sensitive information and work (that would’ve taken a while) that also seemed sketchy to begin with. And not to mention, as I look at the message times, you left this review and then proceeded to message me asking for my assistance. Then told me in after that message that you weren’t interested. Might I add that the times you did message me I was still in bed because it was early morning. Ultimately, I hope you found an assistant that was able to accommodate you and your needs. Best regards.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge by the hour to avoid charging a client extra fees for unexpected work or huge workloads. Though, my hourly wage varies by location. I try to include my travel fees in my hourly wage or extra trips.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Normally, I would reach out to them or they’d reach out to me. We would schedule a talk, I like to talk to my clients on the phone so they get a feel for my voice and tone so that they’re comfortable. I like to then discuss the project, their wants, needs and overall goal. Figure out schedules and when to get started. On the day of, I like to walk the home and get a feel for what they’d like done but also see their current style so I can try to match it or tweak it to fit with their needs. Then depending on the project size, I pretty much plan out what I’d start on and jump in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have plenty of previous experience as an assistant. I would like to study interior design perhaps in the nearby future but for now it’s been pretty great and I’ve built wonderful relationships!
