- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have pricing packages for each type of shoot. Please inquire via the contact form on my website to learn more about my prices and what's included in each package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always love getting to know my clients before working with them, and encourage you to tell me as much as you would like prior to us taking photos. Did you and your partner meet at a community ping pong tournament? Does your youngest child insist on bringing their toy alligator everywhere you go? Will your teenage daughter only smile for a photo if there is the promise of being left alone for the next 24 hours? All of these tidbits of information help me capture the true essence of you and your family, so feel free to share whatever you think is relevant, even if it seems silly! Once we get to know one another, we will discuss the logistics of the shoot (location, timing, color pallets). Then you will send your retainer to secure your spot in my schedule. After your shoot, I will send you a follow-up email with all the information you need about what you can expect in the coming weeks. Within two weeks (for all shoot types excluding weddings), you will receive another email with me, detailing how to access your photo gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A in Psychological Sciences with a concentration in children and family systems, and minor in Photography from the University of Vermont. I also completed an independent Women's Small Business Program in 2020 which taught me the ins and outs of being the sole owner and operator of a small business.
