- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts with an $85 diagnostic fee and is charged at the rate of $49 per half-hour for labor, one half-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you give me enough details in advance, I can often times know what is happening before I put hands on your computer. I'll come straight to your door, whether it's a home or business, and diagnose your computer's issues and overall status. I'll provide you with a quote on the work required and any additional material costs, and when you decide to move forward I will make repairs on-site. If they require a deeper analysis or parts to be shipped, I can take your device to be serviced and deliver when complete. Payment is due at completion of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as an IT through the US Navy, where I specialized in broadband communications and automated data networks. Afterwards, I continued my IT career through BPO, healthcare, and municipal enterprise environments. I have multiple advanced certifications in cybersecurity, web application penetration testing, and digital forensics and incident response.
