I recommend NW Bathworks. They were very responsive and at the house for an assessment on the same day that I first contacted them. The job was done efficiently and the price was fair. They will be my first choice the next time I have a plumbing need.

These guys are great. Punctual and knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. In installing my water heater, they realized that I had a clogged drain that backed up in my laundry room while emptying my old water heater. They moved all contents out of the laundry room, and cleaned it up when it wasn’t their fault. They went above and beyond. Hire them for your plumbing needs!

NW Bathworks did a great job and were in and out really quick. I sent a picture of my plumbing problem and what I wanted done. They gave me a quote that same day. They also were quick to get back to me. Thanks again. Will hire or recommend for future projects.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When meeting a new customer, it is important to have a clear understanding of the issue at hand, so a fair price can be agreed upon, ensuring that both parties walk away with a positive experience. Each customer is greeted with a smile, and a handshake.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The company is owned by three business partners. Two brothers and a long time friend with over 30 years of plumbing experience between them. All journeyman plumbers, we are licensed, and well versed on all plumbing issues.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a professional, it is very important to get a firm hourly rate, or a firm bid before hiring. Many companies will give you a number that sounds really great at first, until they gouge you at the end with unforeseen costs.
