Introduction: Hi, my name is Daniel and I have been in the appliance installation business for over 20+ years. If you want your appliances installed correctly and professionally, you will want an experienced technician who has actual installation experience, which I have over 20 years of so I have seen it all. We have worked with many big companies in the past and now look forward to focusing more on direct client/installation relationships due to changes in the contract we currently hold that no longer represent the customer or focuses on customer service as much. We offer services for microwaves, rangehoods, cooktops, wallovens, and gas appliances, downdrafts, measurement appointments will be credited towards the installation fees. I was looking for help installing a replacement cooktop and downdraft vent and had contacted several different installers. Carrie and Daniel were the most responsive and easiest to communicate with. Also their ballpark estimate seemed to be match up with other estimates. Daniel called me about an hour before he arrived too let me know his ETA. He arrived with boot covers and a serious toolbox. Long story short, he installed my new cooktop and also tracked down the likely cause of my existing downdraft vent's weak blower problem. He was thorough in his problem-solving quest and he also helped take my old cooktop to be recycled. If I do end up deciding to replace the downdraft vent later on, Carrie & Daniel will be the first people I call. If you're considering replacing or installing a new appliance, I highly recommend this professional and friendly dynamic duo!
