Had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator not cooling properly. The technician showed up on time, quickly figured out the problem, and explained everything in simple terms without trying to upsell anything. Repair was done аккуратно and the fridge has been running perfectly since. Price was fair too. Definitely a good experience.
