I was having a problem with my washer filling with water when it was not in use. They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice, arrived on time, and were very professional. I would definitely hire them again for any appliance repair project.

I had an issue with my washer not draining water and stopping mid cycle. These guys came, identified the issue, and fixed it right on the spot. Knocking one star off the review because the washer and stacking dryer now wobble a bit. Otherwise, they were very responsive when scheduling a time and were patient with me when I myself wasn't being responsive. Overall, I would recommend RoBoX Appliance Repair.

Our dryer stopped working and Bo and Rj came out quick and repaired it the same day and we are very pleased for his wonderful service. I would highly recommend anyone checking them out before calling around to other appliance repair shops.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first gather the customers pertinent information such as... - customer name - telephone number - address - make and entire model number on the appliance - a short description of the issue - We check the availability of the customer to set a "Service Call" appointment We remind the customer that we charge $60 for the service call to diagnose the issue. - Once we have diagnosed / "root cause" usually under within an hour, we brief the customer and advise the about the parts, (if any) will be need to fix the problem. - We them ask the customer what they would like to do, if they hired us, there will be no "Service Charge" - We usually will try to have the parts on hand and fix the issue the same day, if not we order them and make the best attempt to get the parts the next day.
