- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- $80 to $95 for Service Call Charge(depending on location), No Service Charge, if hired - $99 for Cleaning and Servicing household appliances such as, Refrigerator Coil Cleaning, Water filter exchange, Dryer Heating Exhaust Cleaning and adjust, leveling legs -$100 for Appliance Installation and $25 for Disposal - Half price on HE appliance cleaning products
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first gather the customers pertinent information such as... - customer name - telephone number - address - make and entire model number on the appliance - a short description of the issue - We check the availability of the customer to set a "Service Call" appointment We remind the customer that we charge $60 for the service call to diagnose the issue. - Once we have diagnosed / "root cause" usually under within an hour, we brief the customer and advise the about the parts, (if any) will be need to fix the problem. - We them ask the customer what they would like to do, if they hired us, there will be no "Service Charge" - We usually will try to have the parts on hand and fix the issue the same day, if not we order them and make the best attempt to get the parts the next day.
