Introduction: We provide geotechnical engineering, construction management, field special inspection, laboratory and material testing services. We specialize in soil, asphalt, and concrete. We are Aashto, CCRL and AMRL certified. Soil investigation engineering reports: geologic assessments, perc tests, soils inspection, and technical information reports, abbreviated site plans for single family residences as well as commercial projects, erosion hazard areas, soil treatment and stabilization methods and slope stability analysis. All work is performed by a Washington state registered professional engineer. Construction management: we provide services to track and inspect all construction items; labor, vehicles, materials, and underground utilities (e.g. storm and sewer pipes), etc. As they are placed, we produce pay estimates for municipalities and subcontractors with organized back up information for state and federal audits. We provide construction management with quality assurance testing and inspection included. We retain wall design of concrete, masonry, rockeries, or segmental block (Allan Block, Keystone, Kelley) that range from small landscape details to major earthwork improvements and renovation. We do pavement design and evaluation of asphalt roads, subgrade and compaction.
