Greg impressed me with his customer obsession in our weeding/planting project. We have two dead trees and I asked him if he can replace them before the project. He was very responsive. He went to the nursery and bought the trees for us. However, when he brought them to site, we realized it is kinda different than the tree we originally have. Seeing I am not 100% satisfied, he proposed to bring the trees back himself and did not charge me for tree planting. Although the weeding part is just so-so, I am giving a 5-star because he truly tried to make his customer happy. Thanks Greg!
