Introduction
C&K Construction is a full service General Contractor who can do almost any project type. Residential, or commercial, construction management are all areas we can take on. Weather a few doors, kitchen, bathroom or major remodel / TI project we treat them all the same. Will tackle handyman tasks as well. Started by a former project manager/ superintendent for large Seattle construction company we have a different approach than many smaller contractors out there.

We’ve worked with Kevin and his team for various projects here at Holaday-Parks and he’s been great to work with. He answers questions and provides outstanding service each time - you can tell he cares about his work and ensuring that his customers are happy. He’s fixed issues whenever they come up with no complaints. We can always count on him to be there when he says so and we love that he does some “homework” of his own if he’s not familiar with something.

Never worked on Mondays or Fridays, would show up at 1pm and leave at 5pm. Asked if worker could stay on property overnight which is unusual and not professional. Borrowed trailer and tractor and broke tractor. What contractor doesn't have is own trailer or at least rent on. Didn't even consider reimbursing for use of trailer and tractor. Was done 2 weeks past end date which could have been avoided if he worked full days so we are now getting bad weather and still have to paint the shop and shed. They took the job knowing they were 100 miles away. Should have considered staying at a hotel if they didnt want to drive every day otherwise dont take the job. still stand on the 1 rating
