- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, materials, labor, access, and job difficulty. I always try to be fair and clear about what is included before starting the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for project details, photos, and measurements if available. Then I review the scope, explain what needs to be done, and provide an estimate. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule the work and complete it professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands-on construction experience, working on siding, windows, panels, trim, repairs, and exterior installations. I also continue learning through real jobsite experience and proper installation methods.
