Pricing is transparent and discussed upfront before work begins. Estimates are based on the scope of work, time, materials, and complexity of the project. There are no hidden fees. Any additional work is always approved by the client in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details with the client and review photos or visit the site if needed. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, the work is scheduled and completed with attention to detail, cleanliness, and clear communication throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in a family of craftsmen and have been working with wood and home repairs since childhood. My father is a professional tradesman, and I learned hands-on from an early age, gaining practical experience in carpentry, repairs, and general home maintenance. Over time, this hands-on training developed into professional experience and a strong understanding of how homes are built and maintained.
