Massey Handyman Service is honest, dependable, professional, competitive, timely and the quality of work is outstanding. My wife and I are going through an intensive DIY remodel (40-year-old farm house) and I was running out of energy and time, so I opened up my Thumbtack app and selected Massey Handyman Services (Thumbtack is awesome too!). The project I needed help with; tiling our kitchen backsplash and wall. James replied quickly to my request, and then after settling on a price via photos and measurements, we were all set to move forward. Even better, James knew I needed help quickly and he was onsite in a couple of days, actually he started the project on Memorial Day (2019) – who works on Memorial Day – James does! My project was finish in a couple days, and I can’t say enough as to how pleased I am with the quality of workmanship and focus to detail. Not only is James a true professional, he is polite, courteous and just a great pleasant hardworking guy, but more importantly – he knows what he is doing, and it really shows in his work! Our kitchen tile looks wonderful and we’ve already received several complements on how beautiful the tile turned out… Way-To-Go James! If I had ANY questions at all, James never hesitated to take the time to patiently answer and explain everything. James is a communicator, and will never leave you hanging – hard to come by these days, since most contractors are either too busy, or your job is not large enough for them to consider, and then they don’t return your calls. My wife and 2 daughters keep telling me how ‘awesome’ the tile and kitchen looks, and I agree a 100%. Based on my excellent experience with Massey Handyman Services (James), I already have another project in mind. James is also a military vet (I didn’t know this until we were shooting the breeze), so in the end, I was glad I was able to support one of our veterans too! Super responsive and professional! Was able to fix my garbage disposal and save me money! I will definitely be contacting again if I have other things I need fixing! I highly recommend using him!

He was very precise and meticulous with his work. Took extra steps to make the floor look the best it possibly could look. I believe he put in the same effort he would have put into his own personal home. He was fast and efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
