- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am seeking local clients in the south end around Auburn. I charge for travel time if they live more than 10 miles away. I guarantee all my work in writing, and I have dozens of clients on numerous sites, some for 4 years that are repeat clients for cleaning, landscaping, and property management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess their needs, see what i can do to meet meets all their needs, and save them time, and money, while giving them the best quality service, at their convenience. 7 days a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering, mechanics, painting, carpentry, drafting, business, in college, tech schools, Universities.
