- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary, face-to-face meeting to discuss your project, objectives, and timeline. Following this, we’ll provide a comprehensive cost estimate and can offer support with planning, design choices, and material selection as required. Once you approve the plan, we’ll establish a schedule, and our team will begin work. During the project, we’ll keep you updated with frequent progress reports, photos, and on-site meetings to ensure everything is proceeding smoothly. Upon completion, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to verify that all aspects meet your standards before finalizing payment.
