- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give couples choices about their wedding packages. I have some pre-designed packages that range from a simple elopement style events to full blown day long occasions. You also have the option to design your own package that includes only what you want. In addition to photography services, I also design albums and a number of other custom items using your photographs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to meet with my clients, either in person or Skype so that we can both determine if we think we are a good match for each other (sounds kind of like dating, but seriously the fit is so important). As I said, I love working with clients who are just gushing with love for each other and I want them to like me and my style too. After we decide if we are match then we can talk about your needs and I'll create a custom package that meets your needs, then the fun of planning your session begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by some of the best photographers in the industry and I am constantly attending conference and workshops to stay on top of the latest technology and techniques. I am a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International and attend their annual learning event.
