- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have to visit the job to formulate a proper proposal. Usually the proposal will be e mailed within an hour or two of Jame's visit to the site. Terms and conditions are clearly printed on the proposal and James likes to make deals in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take down contact information, setup a time to examine the roof. Walk the roof and examine then give pricing and see what the customer wants to do. On site visit, proposal and start as soon as possible given our schedule and weather conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Field experience in the trades throughout my life.
