We use Guardian primarily for our annual maintenance services. Even though my roof never looks dirty anytime Guardian leaves it looks so much better! And they clean out my gutters! Last year I added on moss treatment just to be proactive and the tech wrapped our truck and car with plastic to make sure no over spray got on them (thank you, Travis!)! We also used Guardian to clean out our attic when we bought our home.... It was DISGUSTING! Inches of old rodent feces and debris. The home inspector did not tell us the severity of it just that it needed some attention. I had Guardian out and I was SHOCKED! Such a health hazard! It looks so good and clean now... and doesn't smell like rat poop :) Thanks, Guardian!!

They did a great job installing our roof. They also did insulation as well. They took off our old roof and installed new plywood where needed. They did a good job cleaning up. I would recommend Guardian Roofing to anyone!

Everything was super easy, from the initial inspection up to the project starting. I appreciated that the salesman was honest about the possibility of additional issues due to the nature of my repair. Luckily, there weren't any! The people in the office were very friendly and it felt like they really cared about making sure my repair went as smoothly as possible. The guys who came out to do the work wer professional and respectful. You could tell they knew what they were doing. And, they showed me pictures of the work they did! That was AMAZING!!! Will definitely be using Guardian for my future roofing needs!

Our pricing for all roof and gutter related services includes material and labor as necessary to complete project. This includes any tear off, disposal, and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inspection is scheduled online or with our customer care team, a roofing & gutter professional will conduct a thorough top of house inspection. We measure the roof, provide photos of our findings, and provide a same day, on site estimate.
