After reviewing roofing companies I chose NP Exteriors as my company based on the contact and concern they presented during the bidding process. Their customer service is truly unequalled. As with most projects, they came across additional problems while inspecting and re-roofing my mothers home (1600sqft). Each obstacle was reported right away and well articulated as to why it was a problem. They never slowed down despite my old house and the challenges presented. From beginning to end, service and product were top notch. Very, very pleased with the results. More than anything, the leaky roof had left my elderly mother frustrated and worried about her home. They removed all concern upon first contact and treated her with respect and professionalism throughout. You can not go wrong with Northern Pacific Exteriors.

had a complete reroof on split entry house. project was completed on time. with only increase due to replacing 13 panels of rotted sheeting. the communication was by far the best ive had dealing with contractors and the price was great. i would use these guys again and again. couldnt be happier!

The were very responsive, quick with information, promptly arrived when they said they were, and very proficient, they located the problem in our roof, fixed the issues that had resulted from a previous remodel, stopped our leak and put on a great new roof. Love the product and really enjoyed them

Northern Pacific Exteriors did a wonderful job and made my roofreplacement project easy. I was able to get my job completed a month earlier than projected, job only took one day, and they have fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend!

What we thought was just a couple bad areas turned out to be more. In fact a total roofreplacement. Very professional, the company provided a port a potty for the guys, brought in a dumpster, cleaned up every night. Never knew they were here.The office called me every day to let me know the progress. This was completed in 3 days. The neighbors started 2 days before and at day 5, still getting it worked on. From the estimate to finance to completion. Wonderful experience and would definitely use again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free on site estimates and we bring the showroom to you with samples and photos and answering any questions you have so you all the information you need to make an informed decision. We are not a high pressure company, recognizing that it is good for all customers to get multiple estimates to compare.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for over 10 yrs and have experience working with all sorts of projects. We are also a CertainTeed Select Shingle Master and are a James Hardie Preferred installer.
