I had a genuinely great experience with Next Level Garage Co. Josh was able to come out the same day I called, take a look at my garagedoor, and give me an estimate on the spot. My setup is a little unusual the whole garagedoor system hangs from a twostory ceiling but he understood it immediately and didnt seem fazed by it at all.He came back the next day to do the repairs and handled everything quickly, cleanly, and with real skill. You can tell he takes pride in his work. On top of that, hes just a kind, professional person the kind of small business owner you want to support because he shows up, communicates clearly, and does the job right.I was impressed enough to refer him to my dad to adjust his garage sensor, and my dad has already passed his name along to a friend for their garage replacement. Josh was great, came out and adjusted one of our garagedoors on our house that we had just built 4 years ago. Door was slightly out of alignment, like new now!

Nice tine up for heavy wood 24 year old garagedoor. New rollers are a significant improvement over the original steel ones. Will get on a 6 month tune up list.
