Demolition, Hauling, Dump Fees Often times people don't understand the scope of demolition work or the the amounts and costs of debris removal. Pretty much it's an ongoing process throughout a project yet can be easily overlooked - Especially when the job looks clean and organized. In general Demolition costs and debris removal can add up to about 30% of a remodel cost.
