FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We factor the size of your roof and the stories of your home. From here, we provide you a flat price without the added commission of a sales person or an estimator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most companies will send out an estimator (salesperson) before sending out a crew to service your gutters. We take a very different approach by providing an estimate over the phone or by e-mail by factoring the square footage of your home and the number of stories.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning gutters is fairly straight forward. Cleaning asphalt shingles however requires a bit more skill and experience. For example, some home owners (and some contractors even) make the mistake of pressure washing the moss off a roofline. This accelerates the age of your roof and in some cases, destroys the shingles entirely. We use a much gentler approach that'll restore the look of your home while preserving the functionality of your roof.
