Igor was great to work with and saved me time and $ from other available repair options. He was communicative, offered flexibility in scheduling, and did a thorough job diagnosing and resolving the problem. Igor even helped resolve a separate issue I mentioned regarding the mounting of the dishwasher that was nagging us for a long time, and he came up with a workaround fix! I will definitely reach out to Igor again for any future appliance repair needs!

Igor had fixed our dishwasher a couple of years ago, and I thought of him again when our refrigerator started leaking. He responded promptly, was able to schedule us for the next day, and got our refrigerator working again. He is knowledgeable and skilled and I trust his analysis and recommendations. I hope we don’t have any more appliance issues, but if we do, I will call Igor.
