When I contacted Igor with Master Appliance Repair he was highly responsive and got me scheduled immediately. He let me know ahead of time that his coworker, Dayvd would be the person coming to look at my oven. Dayvd was here promptly and was honest with me after he took a look at my oven. The issue wasn’t the oven after all, it was just the person using it. 🤣 I really appreciated Igor and Dayvd for their professionalism, honesty, value, and punctuality. If I ever need repairs done on another appliance I will absolutely refer to them again.
