Igor was wonderful to come to my house on a last minute call on a Friday night. After several attempts to different repair businesses, he was the only one to respond. My problem was with my refrigerator but I highly recommend him for any type of appliance.

Igor is a complete professional. Prompt, on time. Gave me an estimate quickly accessed the problem, and took care in fixing my dishwasher, as well as double checking his repair. He moved everything under my sink, and put it all back so neatly! Changed a clip that had potential to snap without being asked! Ten stars!

If you want someone who will show up on time, communicate, take on complex problems, and bring them to a complete, high-quality resolution, while charging you fairly - hire Igor with Mater Appliance Repair. Otherwise, move on to give your business to someone else. Igor performed a challenging range repair for an out-of-production unit with parts that were incredibly difficult to source. His work resulted in a huge ($50-$75K)cost avoidance (the range is built into a custom island and with sizing restrictions we would have to go through a full kitchen remodel if Igor did not save the day. He was super responsive through the process and kept us informed at all times. We will not hesitate to hire Igor and Master Appliance Repair again and will recommend him to our friends and family in need of appliance repair services. Thank you, Igor, for showing up strong and delivering within the estimated budget.
