Igor diagnosed two of our refrigerators last year. He repaired one and we are very happy with the work he did. The second refrigerator was unable to be repaired due to the cost of parts only. It was less to purchase new than to buy the parts.

He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done & showed us the parts that needed to be replace, plus cleaned everything before he left. My oven wasn’t lighting properly, and we smelled gas every time we used it. Igor responded immediately to my request for service and was available the next day. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and replace the defective part immediately. Though I hope I don’t have any issues with other appliances, I will definitely call him first if I do!
