I have worked with Alex on preparing a building permit package for a remodel/addition for my home. I have gone through the pains of getting 2 permits with the City of Redmond before, and I did not have the time or desire to do it again on my own. Alex prepared a full package, including the site plan, architectural drawings and structural details, energy code compliance worksheet, and the application - all within agreed schedule and for a reasonable price. He was responsive over phone and email, and was promptly made modifications and corrections upon requests. I find Alex easy to work with, and would work with him again.

Precision Designs were recommended to me by my builder, as the two have worked in the past to great results. My deck was no exception.
