We hired Innate for a full design-build remodel—kitchen, bathroom, and really the entire house down to the studs. They helped reorganize the main living spaces, expand the kitchen, and modernize everything from plumbing (PEX) to replacing old knob-and-tube electrical. They also addressed the sewer line and essentially gave the whole house a fresh start.
The process went smoothly from beginning to end, and we really appreciated working with one cohesive team the entire time. They clearly understand Pacific Northwest building practices—especially when it came to exterior work like siding, painting, and incorporating a proper rain screen for the climate.
The interior craftsmanship was detailed and high quality, and having a superintendent checking in daily made a big difference for consistency and quality control.
Overall, it felt like a true team effort, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out.

Working with Michael and his team was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We hired them for a complex home addition—adding two bedrooms and a bathroom above our existing garage—and the entire process was remarkably smooth.
Their "one-stop-shop" approach was a huge benefit for us. They handled the entire architectural design stage in-house and provided the structural engineering, ensuring we had a complete, professional package ready for permit submission and approval without any headaches.
The construction phase was just as impressive. The project moved very quickly, from the initial foundation and framing to the rough MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work. When the interior finish crew arrived, they were incredibly helpful with material selection, ensuring the final look was cohesive and high-quality. We are especially in love with the tile work; the craftsmanship is top-tier.

We wanted a warm, natural, earthy-style bathroom with stone textures, a floating vanity, and a clean, open layout. From the beginning, Innate took the design phase seriously. They were clear that construction wouldnt start until every detail was finalized the layout, the materials, the fixtures and everything was ordered and on site.In the past, Ive worked with remodelers who rushed to start before anything was truly ready. This experience was the opposite. The planning was rigorous, thoughtful, and patient, and it made the build phase smooth. The final result is exactly what I pictured, and honestly even better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the goals of the project and review the property. From there we evaluate feasibility, discuss budget expectations, move into design and permitting, and then construction once everything is approved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team works at the intersection of architecture, construction, and project management. The owner holds a Bachelor of Architecture and has worked in construction for over 12 years in roles ranging from tradesman to project manager, and for the past six years as a business owner. Our team includes professionals with a wide range of architectural and construction experience.
