I had the pleasure of working with Feras as the structural engineer for my remodel project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service. He provided clear and professional guidance to the contractor throughout the process, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the work. Feras was also very thorough—he identified issues from previous construction, such as columns that were not properly anchored to the ground, which could have been a serious problem if left unnoticed.
Communication with Feras was excellent. He was always responsive, courteous, and ready to help whenever questions arose. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and reliable. I had a roof leak for a while, since the house doesn't have an attic it's been very frustrating for me to guess what is going on with the house, and whether anything is damaged within the area I couldn't access. Feras quickly responded to my message upon I reached out, offered a free consultation over phone to discuss what is going on, and calmly assured me the issue is not severe. I am worried about the cracks on the foundation and hired AEONTK to check. They came and looked around carefully of my foundation. And patiently explained to me nothing needs to worry about the foundation!
