I would give these guys more stars if I could. I was so distraught and frustrated because I had lost a file that had literally everything on it. The file was there and I could see it, but I just couldn't open it and spent hours searching the Internet on a how to. Just by luck I stumbled into NerdsTo Go. It was after 6pm on Fri and they were closed, so I left a voicemail and sent an email. I called on Sat and was told that they only have had a small crew on the weekend and they set an appointment for a tech to call on Mon. The tech called Mon and he was awesome. He asked questions about how the situation and he kept reassuring me he would do everything he could to help. He was transparent with the price. I made a mess of things and my tech installed a program and got right to the problem.. I was so relieved he came thru and fixed it. He was pleasant, patient, and did a great job. I highly recommend Nerds to Go for anything computer 🖥️. Six stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough.
