I would give these guys more stars if I could. I was so distraught and frustrated because I had lost a file that had literally everything on it. The file was there and I could see it, but I just couldn't open it and spent hours searching the Internet on a how to. Just by luck I stumbled into NerdsTo Go. It was after 6pm on Fri and they were closed, so I left a voicemail and sent an email. I called on Sat and was told that they only have had a small crew on the weekend and they set an appointment for a tech to call on Mon. The tech called Mon and he was awesome. He asked questions about how the situation and he kept reassuring me he would do everything he could to help. He was transparent with the price. I made a mess of things and my tech installed a program and got right to the problem.. I was so relieved he came thru and fixed it. He was pleasant, patient, and did a great job. I highly recommend Nerds to Go for anything computer 🖥️. Six stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough.

Updated review from 2 Stars - Friendly and helpful low cost evaluation. Issue was they do not have a clean room... to repair physically damaged drives. This adds cost and delay to send out it and new recovery drive to CA company which was a complete success $$. The brand new hard drive was pried open even I was asked by both companies if it was supplied to store recovered files. Very grateful to both companies were able to help me recover from my self caused issues refunded inspection charge and requested review update. Hope you don't need their services but they have my full recommendation

When your computer crashes, it is rather stressful! The guys at NerdToGo were awesome and took care of getting me all set up, info transferred and my new computer ready for me in a short time! Highly recommend!!

Top notch! Seriously couldn't be more grateful for the techs at NerdsToGo. They helped me get my old out dated lap top up and running like new. I decided to go back to school but was working on a tight budget. I was able to get some updates done but couldn't afford a whole new machine. Everyone one there was super friendly, informative and the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend these guys!

We are pretty straightforward on pricing. We are $199/hr and depending on whether you want us to come to you, work remotely, or drop off in the store, the appointment fee can range from $0 - $99. Lastly, we do offer limited rush services for an additional fee if you require that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to cover all of these bases on a phone call. We typically talk through your project and based on what you describe we can give you a ball park idea for what's involved.
