- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are clear and upfront — no hidden fees. All edited, high-resolution images are included in the price. For weddings, I ask for a 30% deposit to secure the date, and for all the other types of shoots, it’s usually 50%. Sometimes a travel fee may apply depending on the location, but within the Seattle area, I don’t charge for travel. I also offer discounts for returning clients — feel free to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by learning what’s important to the client — their ideas, style, and vision. Together we plan the shoot so it feels natural and fun. I guide when needed but also leave space for real, spontaneous moments. My goal is always to deliver more than expected and create a great experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a working photographer for over 10 years and have shot hundreds of weddings, family sessions, and events. My biggest training came from real experience — learning to work with light, people, and all kinds of settings.
