I worked with Nathan but have heard All employees are good. I put off getting fire Place fixed because I knew it needed a lot of Parts and it was going to be expensive . He tried to get it going trying one part at a time, Unfortunately it needed a number of parts. He told me what parts were going to be needed but Explained everything to me , I feel good about his Work and the parts that were put in. I would Highly recommend them and have to several condo Owners where I live , There prices are better and Are backed by warranty’s
