Our old garage door came off the roller and was unbalanced between the left and right. I sent the request late at night and Rainbow was one of the first few companies that responded. I initially committed to have this other company come to take a look before I had a chance to communicate with Rainbow. I was glad he followed up with me first thing in the morning even though i didn’t commit to have him come by. His quote was similar to the other company so I decided to give him the job. He came by within the hour and fixed our door within an hour. He seems to be very knowledgeable and his charges were reasonable. We appreciate the detail explanation of our problem and the honest feedback in our future options. Will definitely use him when we decide to install a new door!
