Excellent communication and quality work. Miguel provided great customer service and responsiveness. Work completed by Marcus and Alan was excellent. This is my second time using the Rainier GarageDoor (first for spring replacement and this time door reinforcement). I will use them again and I recommend highly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Residential Service Call is $159 and includes the trip out + first 30 minutes of labor. Most issues can be repaired within that time frame. Any parts would be additional but our technicians will always get your approval before moving forward.
All parts come with a lifetime warranty for you and the home giving you peace of mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call us to confirm a time that works for you and our technicians. The thumbtack system does not allow us to modify how we go about scheduling our technicians. All service calls must be booked with the front office.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Scammers like to take advantage of homeowners by claiming to be licensed, bonded, and insured while not offering any proof. It is also quite common that they use inexpensive parts that don't last very long.
We use only high-quality heavy duty parts. I.E. 25k high-cycle torsion springs.
