I purchased a fixer-upper and Matava Construction completely renovated the entire house. He was able to fix beams to even out my floors and then replace all the flooring. He removed walls and converted a bathroom into a laundry/mud room. The basement was unfinished and he finished it creating a bedroom, office, kitchen and bathroom. Also new kitchen and bathroom upstairs. I am hiring him again to add a deck to the house next.

Our kitchen remodel with Matava Construction came out beautiful. Mike and his team were so helpful and easy to work with. Mike's honesty and Integrity were so appreciated. Especialy when the inevitable hiccups on a big job like this come up. We wholeheartedly recommend Matava Construction!

Mike has done a fantastic job on two of our homes. He was easy to work with and walked is through options on our complete home renovation. There were many things that required knowledgeable decisions: Mike always consulted us on our options. I could not be happier with the results, and now we have our forever home.
