Volcano Builders is a licensed, bonded, and insured design-build remodeling contractor serving Bellevue and the Eastside. We handle kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, whole home remodels, deck building, basement finishing, garage conversions, and ADU and DADU construction in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle, Medina, and Clyde Hill. Every project runs the same way. You get a fixed, itemized estimate before work starts, so the amount you approve is the amount you pay. One dedicated project manager stays on your job from demolition through final walkthrough, so you always know whom to call. We pull every permit ourselves, including those from the City of Bellevue and unincorporated King County, and back the work with a two-year workmanship warranty. Much of our work is on Eastside homes built between the 1960s and 1990s, where opening up a kitchen means load-bearing walls and undersized panels. We plan for that before demolition, not after. Our outdated bathroom had poor layout and old fixtures—we wanted a spa-like space but had a modest budget. Bar’s team redesigned the layout, relocated plumbing for a walk-in shower, upgraded LED lighting, and installed new tile and vanity. They walked us through waterproofing methods, showed us material samples, and maintained clear timelines.
