KP is amazing! As with the other reviews, he has the highest quality and really cares about his customers and the work. And, somehow at a low labor cost. He even shares the receipts from Home Depot for the exact costs of the supplies with no markup. We look forward to his help on future projects. I’m so happy I went with him to do restoration work. I initially asked my remediation company to perform water leak restoration work and for 4 months they still have worked on an estimate with none created yet. When I met KP, he had an estimate for me in 4 seconds and could begin work in about a week. Much better! He has lots of experience and I learned a lot from him to do smaller projects. He loves our 2 year old son too and petting our huge cat who constantly visits him. Our son loves him back and can’t wait each day to find “contractor” in the morning or evening and show him his dinosaurs. For only an extra $100 of labor, he installed a recessed light over our shower which previously was very dark and practically unusable. For free, he also worked with me to run my speaker wire through the open walls instead of my old way outside the walls. And, when my gas water heater out of pure bad luck started to leak during his restoration of the other leak, he called a friend and worked and had it replaced in the same day with a dehumidifier to dry out any water remaining. There wasn’t anything added to my bill. Crisis averted and nothing was damaged! He also added extra fixes to our sagging fence gate, installed a new magnetic door stopper, and placed our toilet back free. I left a large tip in thanks. It is hard to show the detailed quality in my photos, but KP takes care to make each step as high quality as possible vs fast and low quality. Great!

Keniel did an excellent job repairing my drywall. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was super responsive and timely. The repair looks good as new - what was once a massive hole in my wall looks perfectly cohesive with the rest of the wall. He was flexible with scheduling too. The price was very reasonable and fair- I got many quotes and Keniel was very honest in his pricing.
