He was able to resolve all the issues I had with my house. He is also very affordable. The only inconvenience is that he doesn't speak English and we had to communicate through Google translate which we ended up making it work.

I hired him to reduce the height of my door (after a high-pile carpet install the doors were rubbing on the carpet) because his profile showed "door expert". However, he ended up damaging a door beyond repair. He took about 4 hours across two days to work on two doors and was not able to fully fix the damage he caused on one of them. He arrived with insufficient tools (a small weak saw to cut a large fixture like a door) and everything went wrong from the beginning. On top of that, he does not speak English at all (well, I knew this from the reviews but did not realize that he does not even understand simple common English words).
