Had a great experience. Made the appointment Monday night when I noticed a burning smell from my dryer. Bogdan arrived Tuesday evening, quickly found the issue and repaired it for a great price. He was very friendly and helpful

Wow, what a seamless experience. From the scheduling to the work being done, it was all handled extremely professional with top customer service at all times. The tech arrived 5 mins early. I was texted 40 mins in advanced by the tech before arriving. Once arrived, I was greeted professionally and the tech went straight to work . Within 10 mins after disassembling the dryer, he came back with what was wrong and possibly how it happened. He gave me a quote on the immediate repair, which in my opinion was fair and reasonable. Once I accepted, he got to work and completed the repair within 15-20 mins. I was very happy with the way I was treated and how fast everything was. I am recommending this company to my friends and family.
